6. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same level. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, refueling charges will apply.

7. Returns and Extensions

Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time and location. Late returns may incur additional charges. If you wish to extend your rental, please contact us in advance to check availability and arrange payment.

8. Cancellations and Modifications

You may modify or cancel your reservation according to our cancellation policy. Cancellations made within the allowed period may be eligible for a refund. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details.

9. Accidents and Breakdowns

In the event of an accident or breakdown, contact our 24/7 customer support immediately. Do not attempt repairs yourself. Follow all instructions provided by our team and local authorities.
